Leadership Improvement Plan

The Leadership Improvement Plan (LIP) utilized the leading workouts stock list (LPI) survey to determine the coachs individual lead vogue. Myself, Devin (assistant coach), Karen (head coach), and 4 student-athletes completed the survey. I intend autocratic behavior was rated lower because as a founding father coach, practice is structured such that it does not allow a band of athlete-driven input.
