Although some children with autism do not speak at all, that doesnt mean that none of the patients speak. Some may repeat words or mimic sentences or phrases they have observed from someone else. As of yet there is no cure for autism, but there is a great amount of different medications that range very well at reducing the symptoms. It is a lifelong disorder that obstructs ones capacity to comprehend what is seen, heard, and touched. This causes profound problems in personal behavior and in the ability to relate to others.
